The App Store/Google Play Store processes all purchases (not Radish!) ~24 hours before your subscription renewal in case there are any issues with your payment method. 

If the charge has processed on your credit card statement (ie: is fully processed, not pending) and you still haven’t received your coins, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Make sure your app is operating on the most recent version. You can update your app via iTunes or Google Play.
  2. Tap the Library icon at the bottom of the screen
  3. Tap your coin balance in the top left corner
  4. Under your deposit history, you'll see a gray banner. Tap Restore Coin Purchase.

Give it ~24 hours to see if the issue resolves itself. If you still haven't received your coins, or you received an error saying there are no purchases to restore, please contact Support at support@radishfiction.com, along with your username and the invoice you received directly from Apple or Google Play. We'd be happy to look into the issue for you and make sure you receive your coins!

Note: We cannot accept screenshots of your bank statement or PayPal statement as proof of purchase. We require the invoice from your service provider.
