First, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Visit your coin page in the app and tap the grey button that says "Restore Coin Purchase"
  • Make sure that the App Store or Google Play is updated
  • Make sure you’re logged into your Apple or Google account
  • Make sure that you have set valid payment methods on your App Store or Google Play Accounts
  • Check if your payment went through by going to the App Store or Google Play and looking at the Purchase/Order History
    • If the purchase is still pending, please wait until the purchase disappears or is marked as processed

I tried everything above and my coins still haven't shown up!

Please email our Support Team ( with the following information:

  1. Your Radish username (click here if you don't know how to find this)
  2. An invoice issued by Apple or Google Play
  3. Any other relevant information, such as:
    1. Did you receive an error or blank screen?
    2. Did the app crash as you were purchasing the coins?
    3. Have you recently had issues with the card on file?
