If you're having trouble with your coin purchase and you contact Support, we might ask you for a copy of the invoice from your purchase.
Invoices are sent via email from Apple or Google Play, and they're required for us to verify your purchase. We won't be able to accept other forms of verification, like bank statements.

If you're having trouble finding your invoice, we'd recommend checking your spam folder. If you still don't see it, you can contact your provider to request a copy.
