  • The username and/or email associated with your account
  • As much detail as possible regarding the issue you're experiencing
  • Screenshots depicting the issue in question
  • If the issue is in regards to a payment, the invoice you received from the App Store or Google Play
    • Note: We cannot accept screenshots from bank statements or PayPal
