There are a few reasons you might be experiencing this issue! 

Check your network connection. You do need a wifi connection in order to listen to audiobooks, so it should start playing again once you reconnect to your preferred network.

Check that your Radish PLUS subscription hasn’t expired. Audiobooks included in the Radish PLUS catalog can only be accessed through your Radish PLUS subscription.

Force close the app, then reopen it and try playing the audiobook again.

Delete the app, reinstall it, then try playing the audiobook again. (Make sure you are logged into the same account as before!)
