Don’t panic! Radish will never delete your reading history. More than likely, you accidentally created two accounts and logged into the wrong one. The most common things we see are:

Users have created two accounts, each one tied to a different email address. If you have more than one email address, we suggest trying to log in (and potentially reset your password) with as many of those old email addresses as you can think of. Email addresses you might want to consider are:

  • Work email
  • Email tied to your Facebook account
  • An email address you no longer use but have had in the past
  • An email you created specifically for spam/subscriptions/etc.

Once you find your original account, we recommend that you delete the duplicate account to avoid experiencing any issues in the future.

The other option is that users have created two accounts tied to the same email addresses. This usually happens when the email address on the original account, the one with your reading history, is not verified. If you’ve logged in and your reading history is gone, it means you’ve logged in with the wrong username.

If you can remember your other username, we'd recommend that you first delete the duplicate account to avoid experiencing any issues in future. Then, you can go ahead and log back into your old account! If you don't remember your password, you can request a password reset.

If you can’t remember your other username, email support@radishfiction.com and we’d be happy to help you find it! When you email, make sure to include:

  • The email address tied to the account you're currently logged into
  • The username of the account you are currently logged into (the one that does not contain your reading history)
  • Any old email addresses you may have used to create a Radish account

⚠️Note: If you decide to fully delete your Radish account, that is the only time you would lose your reading history.
