Your auto-refilling plan can be canceled at any time by going to your settings in the App Store or Google Play Store. Because any and all payments are handled by iTunes and Google Play, Radish is not able to cancel your subscription for you.

You need to cancel your plan more than 24 hours before the next auto-renewal in order for it to process and avoid being charged. If you forget to cancel before the renewal, you can contact your provider to request a refund.

⚠️ Please note any unused subscription coins will expire after the current 30 day validity period ends.

You can follow the below steps to cancel your subscription:

For Apple:

  • On your phone or tablet, open the App Store
  • Tap on your profile icon on the top right-hand corner
  • Click your name
  • Scroll down to “Subscriptions”
  • Follow the onscreen instructions

For Android: 

  • On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store
  • Tap Menu > Subscriptions
  • Tap the subscription you want to cancel
  • Tap Cancel subscription
  • Follow the onscreen instructions

⚠️ Important: Uninstalling the Radish app will not automatically cancel your subscription. You must manually cancel your subscription to end your subscription. If you uninstall the app without canceling your subscription, you will continue to be charged. If an app you've purchased a subscription for is removed from Google Play, your future subscription will be automatically canceled, but past subscriptions will not be refunded.

⚠️ If you cannot find your Radish subscription in your App Store or Google Play, you will need to reach out to iTunes or Google Play directly to have them cancel your subscription on your behalf. For privacy reasons, Radish does not have access to your payment information or history.
