At Radish, some coins have a validity period, while some never expire.

Expiring coins include:

  • Coins that you have won from events or challenges, which expire after a set amount of time
  • Coins that you received as part of an Auto-Refilling Plan, which expire at the same time as the new batch of coins from the subscription is added

Coins that never expire include:

  • Coins that you purchased in a one-time package

You can see all of your different types of coins and keep track of when they are going to expire in your Coin Deposit History in the app.

To see your Coin Deposit History:

  1. Tap Library on the bottom right of your app screen
  2. Tap on the Coin Balance below your username

Here, you’ll see your total number of coins as well as the number of coins with a validity period. If you don’t use those coins within their validity period, they will expire and be removed from your coin balance -- essentially, if you don’t use them, you lose them.

We always recommend checking the pink expiration text under Deposit History to ensure you’re using your coins immediately upon receiving them!
