Don’t panic! We're always here to help you get the coins you paid for!

First, please complete all of the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Visit your coin deposit page in the app and tap the gray button that says "Restore Coin Purchase"
  • Make sure the App Store or Google Play is updated
  • Make sure you’re logged into your Apple or Google account
  • Make sure you’ve set valid payment methods on your App Store or Google Play accounts
  • Check if your payment went through by going to the App Store or Google Play and looking at the Purchase/Order History
  • If the purchase is still pending, please wait until the purchase disappears or is marked as processed

Have you completed all of those steps and your coins still haven’t shown up? Please email our Support Team (support@radishfiction.com) with the following information:

  • Your Radish username (click here if you don't know how to find this)
  • An invoice issued by Apple or Google Play
  • Any other relevant information, such as:
    • Did you receive an error or blank screen?
    • Did the app crash as you were purchasing the coins?
    • Have you recently had issues with the card on file?

Pro tip: Any screenshots you provide of the error help us improve the app!
