Why are you closing?
It was a very difficult business decision that we reached after considering both business and market factors. 
 
Can I get a refund for any unused coins or stories I wasn't able to finish?
As stated in our Terms, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
 
Can I still buy coins?
No. Our Coin Store was closed on September 1st, 2025.
 
Can I download the stories I've read, or get a PDF file?
No, stories cannot be downloaded, and we are not able to provide PDFs. We recommend finding your favorite authors on social media to see if/where they decide to post next.
 
Can you transfer my reading history to your sister app, Tapas?
No, this is not possible. The Radish and Tapas apps are two separate apps and businesses that are not interlinked either technically or commercially. Even if a particular title is serviced on both Radish and Tapas, the terms of their service on each platform are different.
 
What happens to my monthly subscription?
As of September 1st, 2025, all active subscriptions have been cancelled. Please check your respective app store subscription list for confirmation.
 
If you have been charged for a subscription after that date and haven't already been refunded, please email us with a copy of your receipt from your provider. The receipt must come from Apple or Google, we cannot accept bank statements, credit card statements, or similar screenshots.
 
Will I still be able to read stories I've unlocked after December 31st?
No. You will receive a network error after January 1st, 2026. Clicking on any titles in the app will result un further error. This is expected behavior.
 
Where can I find my stories now that you're shutting down?
We recommend following your favorite authors on social media to see if/where they decide to post their content moving forward. Radish does not have plans to open a new app, nor can we recommend an alternative, as each reader's preferences are unique. We encourage you to test other apps to see which one best suits your needs.
 
Can you provide me a list of everything I've read?
At this time, we are not able to provide this.
 
Can you suggest a different app for me to read on?
Everyone's preferences are different! We encourage you to check out other romance fiction apps and decide which one caters to your interests best.

When will my last payment be?
We will continue to pay royalties quarterly, as we always do. Q4 payments will happen in February 2026.
 
Will I be paid if my earnings are under $50?
Yes, you will. If your total earnings are below $50 as of December 31st, 2025, you will be paid out with Q4 payments in February and March of 2026.
 
⚠️ In order to be paid, your information in Tipalti must be up to date. Please make sure to check that your information is updated by December 31st, 2025. We are not responsible for payments that cannot be made due to outdated banking information.
 
What happens to my work after December 31st?
All content on the app will be archived.
 
Does the exclusivity clause in your terms still apply?
At this time, please feel free to share your work on other sites. Exclusivity has ended with the end of service.
 
I had a contract. What happens to that after December 31st?
All contracts will be null and void as of our end of service date.
 
Is Tapas shutting down?
Tapas has not been impacted by this decision.
 
Can I transfer my stories to Tapas?
