Read something a while ago and can't remember what it was called? We're happy to help!

First, we recommend reviewing your past episode purchases. You can do this by:

  1. Tap Library in the bottom right corner of the app
  2. Tap your coin balance in the top left
  3. Select the tab labeled Usage History
  4. Scroll through to see if the title you're looking for is there 

If you aren't able to locate the story that way, please email support@radishfiction.com with as much of the following information as you're able to provide:

  • When you believe you last read/opened the story
  • What the cover looks like
  • Any key words you can remember from the title
  • Any character names
  • Where the story took place
  • The basic plot of the story

The more information you can provide, the higher the chance we'll be able to locate the story in question!
